O'Hara's Brewery Hop Adventure Series Strata

Carlow Brewing Company brew traditional Irish beers and their own interpretation of international beer styles, in the heart of Ireland’s traditional malt and hop growing region.  They are also known as O’Hara’s Brewery, the brewery founder’s family name. The Hop Adventure Series has been developed to showcase some of the most interesting hops from around the world. With this in mind, the beer has been designed to allow the hops to display their full flavour and aroma. The beer style is a single hop IPA, meaning that one hop is used for bittering, aroma and several rounds of dry-hopping. Carlow O'Hara's Hop Adventure Series Strata showcases the strata hp, a new hop cultivar that has received widespread acclaim. It lends itself perfectly to a single hopped beer that delivers vibrant aromas of pineapple, peachy stone fruits and zesty citrus, along with subtle herbal and cannabis notes.
