O’Hara’s Hop Adventure Series showcases the Strata hop in this vibrant American IPA. The sensory journey begins with an intense bouquet of ripe pineapple, fleshy stone fruit, and bright citrus, grounded by a distinctive herbal and dank cannabis undertone. On the palate, juicy tropical fruit flavors dominate, supported by a clean, lean malt profile. A refreshing, firm bitterness cuts through the fruitiness, leading to a crisp, dry finish. Despite the approachable 5% ABV, the beer maintains the bold hop-forward character expected of the style, blending modern juicy hop expressions with a classic, bitter American IPA structure.

Appearance. Medium gold to light amber in color with brilliant clarity. It features a persistent, medium-sized white head that leaves consistent lacing as it recedes.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring prominent tropical pineapple, mango, and peach, complemented by zesty citrus. Substantial herbal and cannabis-like dankness is present. Low, clean, grainy malt supports the hop presentation with a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Bold tropical fruit and citrus zest intermingle with a subtle resinous quality. A firm, refreshing bitterness provides a sharp counterpoint to the juicy hop flavors. The malt is low and slightly grainy, providing a clean backbone that allows the Strata hops to shine. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.
