Pranqster is a refined Belgian Golden Strong Ale that showcases North Coast’s use of antique yeast cultures to create a sophisticated sensory experience. The pour reveals a brilliant gold hue beneath a voluminous, rocky white head. Its complex bouquet is dominated by a floral nose and a moderate-to-high intensity of pome fruit esters, particularly pear. On the palate, a soft Pilsner malt base supports a profile of peppery alcohol, herbal hop character, and a full fruity flavor.
