This Double IPA surges from a foundation of 2-row, oats, rye, and wheat, creating a remarkably soft and pillowy canvas. An explosive evolution of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Triumph hops dominates the profile, unleashing a cataclysmic sensory eruption. Intense notes of juicy peach and bright orange creamsicle meld with a whimsical touch of cotton candy, supported by the subtle spicy lean of rye. Despite its 8% strength, the beer maintains a deceptively smooth character. It balances high hop intensity with a clean, soft finish that masks its power, delivering a modern, fruit-forward interpretation of the style that prioritizes lush saturation over harsh bitterness.

Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper (7-9 SRM). Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with dense lacing. Noticeable haze from the high protein content of oats and wheat.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by stone fruit, specifically peach, and citrus orange. Substantial tropical notes and a faint, sweet confectionery scent reminiscent of cotton candy. Background malt is low and grainy with a hint of spicy rye; fermentation is clean with light esters.

Taste. Strong hop flavors of ripe peach and orange creamsicle are prominent. Bitterness is firm but smooth and lacks any harshness.
