Nano Cinco

This New England Double IPA presents an intense sensory profile defined by a trio of 100% American hops. It pours with a characteristically hazy appearance, leading into a high-intensity bouquet of tropical fruit. Distinctive notes of ripe mango and zesty grapefruit dominate the olfactory experience, supported by a subtle, clean malt backbone. The palate is defined by a silky, luxurious body that carries vibrant layers of citrus and stone fruit, balanced by a firm yet smooth bitterness. At 8.2% ABV, a restrained alcohol warmth integrates seamlessly, finishing with a lingering, resinous hop presence that highlights its American hop pedigree and soft, modern texture.

Appearance. SRM 5-7. Pale gold to light orange with a prominent, permanent haze. Large, persistent off-white head with dense, creamy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with dominant notes of ripe mango, pink grapefruit, and tropical melon. Subtle resinous undertone. Malt is low and neutral, providing a soft, doughy background. Fermentation is clean with very light fruity esters.

Taste. Strong hop flavors of fresh mango and grapefruit pith dominate the initial impression. Malt provides a soft, bready, supportive character without sweetness. Bitterness is moderately high but smooth and rounded, lacking any harshness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering, clean tropical fruit and pine aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, silky body with a creamy, soft texture. Moderate carbonation. Noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth that is well-integrated. Zero hop-derived astringency.
