Nano Cinco Bolet is a vibrant and incredibly refreshing American Pale Ale that masterfully incorporates modern New England-style characteristics. The sensory experience is led by a powerful aromatic profile featuring intense mango, passionfruit, and bright citrus notes, a direct result of a complex hop blend including Mosaic, Strata, and Citra in both T90 and Cryo formats. A supportive, neutral malt backbone allows the juicy tropical hop flavors to shine without being overshadowed by sweetness. This beer maintains high drinkability with a clean fermentation profile, finishing crisp and dry, perfectly suited for warm weather consumption.
Appearance. Pale golden (5-7 SRM). Large, persistent white head with excellent lacing. Hazy to opaque, consistent with its New England-style influence.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruit (mango, papaya) and citrus (grapefruit). Subtle berry and dank resinous notes are present. Malt is low and neutral, providing a light bready or grainy foundation. Clean fermentation with low fruity esters.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and juicy. Strong flavors of mango and citrus zest mirror the aroma. Low to moderate neutral grainy maltiness provides a platform for the hops. Moderate bitterness that is firm but smooth, never harsh. The balance is heavily tilted toward late-addition hops. Finish is medium-dry and clean, with lingering tropical fruit notes.
