Muttnik Belka is a refined take on a traditional Saison, adapted to a sessionable strength while retaining a complex sensory character. The aroma presents a sophisticated bouquet reminiscent of summer wheat fields, defined by distinct hay-like notes and a persistent herbaceous quality. On the palate, a rustic foundation of three different cereals provides a soft yet grainy texture, balanced by the expressive, spicy yeast profile typical of the style.
