A collaboration between Mortalis and Omnipollo, this pour is defined by its thick, viscous presence. Aromas of sun-ripened strawberry and creamy banana dominate the nose, softened by a luxurious veil of vanilla and rich chocolate. On the palate, the ice cream character provides a velvety sweetness that balances a gentle, lactic acidity. The finish is long and indulgent, leaving behind lingering notes of berry compote and cocoa. It is a bold, ingredient-forward hybrid that challenges traditional beer boundaries through pure sensory indulgence.
Appearance. Opaque, smoothie-like consistency with a deep reddish-pink to burgundy hue. Pours with a thick, dense, pink-tinted head; head retention is moderate to low due to the high concentration of fruit solids.
