This German Pils offers a masterclass in balance, delivering an impeccably crisp and clean drinking experience. On the nose, traditional Hallertau and Saaz hops provide a sophisticated bouquet of spicy, herbal, and delicate floral notes. These aromatic cues are underpinned by a refined grainy-sweet malt presence, reminiscent of toasted crackers and a subtle touch of light honey. The palate follows suit, where the initial doughy sweetness is rapidly overtaken by a firm, refreshing bitterness that lingers into a bone-dry finish. Effervescent and bright, this lager captures the essence of the style, emphasizing a sharp, minerally structure and high-quality continental ingredients.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow with brilliant clarity. Pours with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Moderate-high hop intensity featuring spicy, herbal, and floral notes. Low to medium grainy-sweet malt character with hints of toasted cracker and honey. Clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.
