This American IPA offers a vibrant sensory journey inspired by classic West Coast profiles. High-intensity aromatics of resinous pine and citrus zest lead the way, driven by a deliberate blend of Chinook, Mosaic, and Southern Cross hops. On the palate, pithy layers of grapefruit and navel orange meld with the clean, structured bitterness characteristic of the style. The foundation is built upon German malts and Dextrin, providing a subtle hint of malty biscuits and a balanced sweetness that offsets the assertive hop character. It finishes crisp and lingering, showcasing a refined interplay between Pacific hop oils and a smooth, medium-bodied malt backbone.

Appearance. Medium gold to light amber in color (7-11 SRM). The beer displays brilliant clarity and is topped with a persistent, off-white, creamy head that leaves decorative lacing.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring prominent notes of resinous pine, grapefruit zest, and a floral-tropical hint. A low but noticeable clean, grainy, and biscuity malt aroma provides a solid foundation. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.

Taste. The initial impression is hop-forward, delivering bold flavors of orange pith, grapefruit, and pine needles. A moderate-high bitterness is present but well-balanced by a light toasted biscuit malt character. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with a lingering hop resin and citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body with a smooth, non-astringent texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a crisp sensation. Alcohol warmth is very low, making for a refreshing and highly drinkable profile.
