Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (8–14 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a massive, long-lasting, rocky off-white head that leaves persistent Belgian lace. Highly effervescent with visible carbonation streams.
Aroma. High intensity bouquet of spicy, peppery phenols and fruity esters reminiscent of pear and yellow apple. A complex malt base provides hints of toasted biscuit and light honey from the five-malt blend. Low to moderate herbal and floral hop character with soft alcohol perfume.
