Le premier, ancien fût de sirop d’érable haut de gamme, apporte une douceur salée profonde et unique. Le second, un fût de Sazerac Rye Whiskey, ajoute des notes épicées et subtilement fumées.

Dit bier is het kroonjuweel van Moersleutels 9-jarig jubileumserie, de ultieme uiting van luxe en complexiteit. We hebben alles uit de kast gehaald voor deze stout, die zonder toevoegingen op vaten is gerijpt.
Dit bier heeft gerijpt op twee uitzonderlijke vaten. Het eerste, oorspronkelijk niet gebruikt voor sterke drank maar voor hoogwaardige ahornsiroop, geeft een diepe, zoute zoetheid die werkelijk uniek is. Daartegenover staat het kruidige, licht rokerige karakter van Sazerac Rye bourbonvaten, wat diepte toevoegt. Samen creëren ze een bier dat zowel robuust als verfijnd is, met een gelaagde complexiteit die blijft verrassen.
Net zoals Odysseus terugkeerde om de vrijers te confronteren, markeert deze stout de grande finale van onze 9-jarige brouwreis: krachtig, intens en onmiskenbaar Moersleutel. Verwacht rijke tonen van zilte esdoorn, kruidige rogge whisky, rokerig eikenhout en een volle afdronk die lang aanhoudt.
