Esperienza sul campo in altre situazioni di produzione della birra, girovagando per le fabbriche di birra di tutto il mondo, a partire dall’homebrewing e dal semplice studio, bevendo molto e cercando di essere curiosi: questa è la ricetta della birra e della positività.
