Inspired by the rustic, unfiltered lagers of Upper Franconia, this Munich Helles delivers a vibrant, sensory-rich experience. A delicate blend of Pilsner and Vienna malts establishes a soft, grainy-sweet foundation with hints of freshly baked bread. Enticing herbal and spicy notes from Saaz and Mittelfruh hops leap forward, paving the way for a refreshing, highly drinkable body. While traditionally malt-forward, this lager showcases a distinctively firm, dry, and herbaceous bitter finish that cleanses the palate, inviting another large gulp. It beautifully balances traditional German elegance with a rustic, unfiltered soul.

Appearance. Pale gold (4 SRM) with a slight, yeast-derived haze. Crowned by a persistent, creamy white head that leaves delicate lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity. Clean, grainy-sweet malt aroma reminiscent of fresh bread dough is dominant. Low to moderate spicy, floral, and herbal hop aromas are noticeable, supported by a clean, sulfur-free fermentation profile.

Taste. Begins with a soft, moderately malty impression of grainy sweetness and light bread crust. Balanced by a medium-low, yet distinct, herbal and spicy hop flavor. The bitterness is low-moderate but firm, leading to a surprisingly dry, clean, and lingering herbaceous finish rather than a cloying sweetness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate carbonation. Smooth, well-lagered character with a faint yeast softness and no harsh astringency.
