Appearance. Deep amber (13 SRM) with a fine-textured, off-white head that shows persistent lacing. Displays a slight haze consistent with its rustic, bottle-conditioned nature.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring a backbone of toasted bread and rich, bready maltiness. Subtle notes of red apple esters and light herbal hops are present. A distinctive but integrated rustic funk provides layers of hay and earthy cellar character, reflecting its barrel-aged origin.
