Appearance. Dark brown with deep ruby highlights and significant viscosity visible in the legs. The head is a thin, off-white collar with low retention, typical of a high-ABV, long-aged spirit barrel beer. Brilliant clarity.
Aroma. High intensity featuring rich toffee and caramel malt notes layered with dried dark fruits like figs and raisins. The Papua New Guinea vanilla beans provide a lush, floral, and creamy aroma that complements the charred oak and spicy bourbon notes from the Heaven Hill barrels.
