Appearance. Very pale straw (approx. 3 SRM) and very cloudy with a milky, whitish-yellow shine. Features a dense, white, moussy head with excellent retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring bready malt with light notes of honey and vanilla. Prominent grainy, spicy wheat aromatics are complemented by zesty, citrusy-orangey fruitiness and perfumy-lemony coriander seeds. Spicy-herbal hop notes are low to absent.
Taste. Initial impression is refreshingly crisp with pleasant bready and grainy malt flavors. Moderate zesty orange fruitiness dominates the mid-palate, supported by subtle herbal-spicy coriander seeds and a peppery yeast character. Hop bitterness is low to medium-low, balancing the spice without lingering. Finishes dry and clean without harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, light creaminess. High carbonation provides a lively, effervescent character. Very refreshing with no astringency and a subtle, well-integrated alcohol presence.
