The aroma is a vivid explosion of lime zest and tropical fruit, underscored by the classic citrus and stone fruit notes associated with the Citra variety. Despite its 0% ABV, it maintains a soft, hazy presence reminiscent of the style's visual and textural hallmarks. The palate is defined by a punchy hop bitterness and a clean, grain-forward malt base that allows the vivid mojito-like character of Motueka to shine alongside a crisp, lingering citrus finish.
Appearance. Pale gold with a pronounced, opaque haze. Topped by a dense, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
