This non-alcoholic interpretation of a Double New England IPA delivers a potent sensory experience driven by intensive dry-hopping with Citra and Motueka. The aroma is a vivid explosion of lime zest and tropical fruit, underscored by the classic citrus and stone fruit notes associated with the Citra variety. Despite its 0% ABV, it maintains a soft, hazy presence reminiscent of the style's visual and textural hallmarks. The palate is defined by a punchy hop bitterness and a clean, grain-forward malt base that allows the vivid mojito-like character of Motueka to shine alongside a crisp, lingering citrus finish.

Appearance. Pale gold with a pronounced, opaque haze. Topped by a dense, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity. Prominent lime zest and crushed tropical fruit from Motueka are layered over Citra-driven notes of grapefruit, peach, and mango. Very low, clean, grainy malt presence in the background. Lacks any alcohol aroma or solvent notes.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit and citrus. Prominent hop flavors of lime, lemon peel, and mango dominate. Moderately high bitterness provides structure without being harsh. Low, soft malt character supports the hop-forward profile. Finishes dry and clean with a lingering citrusy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Moderate carbonation. Notably lacks any alcohol warmth, resulting in a crisp but surprisingly substantial feel for a non-alcoholic beer.
