This potent Double IPA delivers an intense sensory assault driven by a sophisticated blend of Citra, Sabro, Ella, and Cashmere cryo hops. The aroma is a saturated bouquet of ripe tropical fruit, creamy coconut, and bright citrus zest, underpinned by a neutral, grainy malt backbone. On the palate, expect a surge of pineapple and lime followed by subtle spicy notes and a melon-like character that quickly gives way to a firm, clean bitterness. At 9.1% ABV, it carries a smooth, integrated warmth and a medium body, finishing remarkably dry and crisp with a lingering resinous punch that invites another sip.
Appearance. Light orange-copper (9 SRM) with a significant modern haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Intense hop aroma characterized by prominent coconut and tropical fruit (Sabro), bright citrus (Citra), and melon (Cashmere). Background notes of spice and floral accents (Ella). Low, neutral, grainy malt support; no solventy alcohol.
Taste. High hop flavor intensity featuring tangerine, grapefruit, and stone fruit. Medium-high bitterness that remains smooth rather than harsh. Very low, clean malt character. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering hoppy aftertaste of tropical fruit and resin.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, almost creamy texture. Moderate carbonation. A restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, with no hop-derived astringency.
