This Italian-style interpretation of a German Pils delivers a vivid sensory experience defined by a generous dry-hopping of Saaz. It opens with an expressive bouquet of spicy, floral, and herbal notes that leap from the glass. On the palate, the hop-forward character is supported by a delicate, doughy malt backbone featuring hints of toasted cracker. The fermentation is impeccably clean, allowing the firm bitterness to shine through a bone-dry, crisp finish. Its light, snappy body and effervescent carbonation make it exceptionally refreshing, balancing traditional European elegance with the modern, aromatic intensity characteristic of the brewery's craft.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent spicy, herbal, and flowery Saaz notes. Supported by a low, clean grainy-sweet malt presence reminiscent of fresh dough and light honey.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of spicy hop flavor quickly followed by an assertive, firm bitterness. The malt provides a subtle toasted cracker foundation. Fermentation is very clean. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering, pleasant herbal hop bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation. Crisp and refreshing without any harshness; exhibits a slight minerally snap on the finish.
