This artisanal Saison pours a striking yellow-orange, offering an aromatic profile defined by the unique addition of hand-picked sea parsley from Isle-aux-Coudres. The nose is a vibrant interplay of peppery yeast esters and the distinctive green, fresh, and slightly lemony character of the sea parsley. On the palate, a rustic, grainy malt backbone supports a complex herbaceousness and bright citrus notes. Highly attenuated and effervescent, it finishes exceptionally dry with a lingering botanical snap. Taste. Initial impression is botanical and bright, blending cracked pepper and citrus fruit flavors.
