This artisanal Saison pours a striking yellow-orange, offering an aromatic profile defined by the unique addition of hand-picked sea parsley from Isle-aux-Coudres. The nose is a vibrant interplay of peppery yeast esters and the distinctive green, fresh, and slightly lemony character of the sea parsley. On the palate, a rustic, grainy malt backbone supports a complex herbaceousness and bright citrus notes. Highly attenuated and effervescent, it finishes exceptionally dry with a lingering botanical snap. Appearance. Deep yellow to orange (8-12 SRM) with a slight, attractive haze. Topped by a dense, long-lasting ivory head that leaves persistent Belgian lace as it recedes.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring a complex blend of spicy black pepper and fruity pome fruit esters. Distinctive notes of sea parsley provide a fresh, green, and lemony aromatic layer, while a light, grainy malt character offers a subtle base.

Taste. Initial impression is botanical and bright, blending cracked pepper and citrus fruit flavors. The mid-palate highlights the sea parsley's herbaceous quality, balanced by moderate hop bitterness and a soft, grainy malt presence.
