Appearance. Pale golden (SRM 5) with brilliant clarity. Features a moderately large, white, frothy head with good retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderately high hop aroma featuring zesty citrus, such as grapefruit and lime, alongside tropical fruit notes of mango and passionfruit. Low neutral, grainy, and slightly bready maltiness supports the hops. Clean fermentation profile with very low fruity esters.
