Appearance. Deep golden to amber (7-10 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Moderately large, off-white, dense, and creamy head with excellent persistence and fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Notable toasted and bready malt character derived from the specialty malt blend. Fresh whole-flower hop aroma featuring floral, citrusy, and slightly resinous notes. Subtle fruity esters provide a light, clean backdrop.
Taste. Initial impression of toasted malt sweetness followed by a firm hop bitterness. Flavors of toasted bread and light biscuit are balanced by fresh floral and piney hop notes. The fermentation profile is clean, though low fruity esters add complexity. It finishes medium-dry with a lingering but clean and non-harsh bitterness.
