Благодаря прекрасным ингредиентам и традиционному процессу пивоварения, отточенному несколькими поколениями пивоваров, эль получает уникальный характер и блестящий красновато-янтарный цвет. Свежий аромат пива наполнен приятными фруктовыми нотами, оттенками гвоздики и мускатного ореха, вкус пива — типичный, слегка фруктовый, пряный. Пивоварня Gebruder Maisel может гордиться впечатляющей столетней историей, за время которой она прошла путь от региональной пивоварни до ведущего пивоваренного завода по производству пшеничного пива в Германии. Она была основана в 1887 году Хансом и Эберхардтом Майзель. Они создали у ворот города Байройт современный пивоваренный завод, заложив фундамент очень успешной сегодня компании. Их дело продолжили дети, а затем и внуки. В 1955 году Франц Майзель принял далеко идущее решение: выпуск первого пшеничного пива, которое назвали "шампанское из пшеницы". Семья Майзель стала большим специалистом в его изготовлении и законодателем моды на пшеничное пиво в Германии и за ее пределами. Сегодня Джефф Майзель, представитель четвертого поколения, вершит судьбу пивоварни в духе предков. A cleansing carbonation gives a liveliness and creaminess to this light-bodied wheat ale.
