This kettle-soured ale is defined by a sharp, acidic punch of pineapple juice that harmonizes with the smooth, indulgent aroma of coconut essences. The sensory experience is intentionally evocative of a vacation, balancing a luxurious fruit character with a crisp, refreshing lactic tartness. Appearance. Pale gold to straw (4-6 SRM) with a slight haze from fruit additions. Pours with a white, frothy head that exhibits moderate to low retention, typical of acidic styles, with minimal lacing.
