This 12.1% powerhouse presents a complex sensory bridge between a Wheatwine and a Black Ryewine. The aroma is dominated by intense baker's cocoa and roasted coffee, softened by creamy vanilla. A significant bready, wheaty malt backbone provides a luscious foundation, while spicy rye notes add a sharp counterpoint to the rich, decadent profile. Deep and viscous, it evokes the character of a Stout with the smooth, grainy texture of a strong American wheat ale. The finish is long and warming, balancing sweetness with a gentle roasted bitterness and lingering notes of dark chocolate and vanilla bean.

Appearance. Opaque, deep ebony with garnet highlights at the edges; low, creamy tan head with moderate retention and visible legs indicating high viscosity and alcohol.
