The sensory profile is defined by an energetic interplay between bright, oily Lemon Zest and the resinous, forest-like depth of Spruce Tips. Appearance. SRM 4-6, pale gold to deep yellow. Opaque with a characteristic haze. Thick, creamy white head with excellent retention and persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity with a complex layering of lemon oil and resinous pine. Fresh spruce tips provide a forest-like aroma that mingles with tropical hop esters of mango and citrus. Low grainy-sweet malt character allows the botanical and hop aromatics to dominate.

Taste. Initial impression is zesty and bright. Malt flavor is low and bready, supporting a dominant hop profile of citrus and tropical fruit. The Spruce Tips add a distinctively resinous, herbal depth. Lemon Zest provides a crisp, slightly acidic edge. Moderate hop bitterness is well-integrated.
