Long Live Beerworks

Triangle Slice is a quintessential Hazy IPA that showcases the innovative pairing of Citra and Krush Cryo hops. This 6% ABV pour radiates with a saturated aromatic profile of ripe mango, zesty tangerine, and crushed pineapple. The sensory experience is anchored by a soft, bready malt base that provides a velvety canvas for the intense New World hop character. Appearance. SRM 4. Deep straw to pale gold with a thick, opaque haze that produces a characteristic luminous shine. It features a persistent, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit, featuring prominent mango and passion fruit notes alongside sharp citrus zest from the Citra and Krush Cryo hops. A neutral, bready malt character sits quietly in the background, complemented by clean, fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of tropical fruit, specifically pineapple and stone fruit. The Citra hops provide a clear grapefruit and lime edge, while the Krush Cryo adds depth with layers of berry and peach. Low to medium-low bready malt flavor supports the hops without adding sweetness. Perceived bitterness is moderate but soft, leading to an off-dry, juicy finish with no hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a pillowy, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate, providing a gentle lift. It is exceptionally smooth with no alcohol warmth or astringency, avoiding any raw starch or heavy syrupy sensations.
