This Double IPA showcases a vibrant southern hemisphere hop profile, emphasizing the punchy, tropical character of Galaxy and the sophisticated, vinous qualities of Nelson Sauvin. Aromas of ripe mango and zesty citrus collide with the distinctive Sauvignon Blanc wine grape notes, underpinned by a resinous, pithy dankness. Despite its significant strength, the palate remains remarkably drinkable with a lean malt profile that allows the intense hop bitterness to shine.
