Drawing inspiration from lambic breweries in Belgium, we brewed a traditional turbid mash to generate lots of starch for the Brettanomyces yeast to slowly consume during 12 months of secondary fermentation in our foeders. This method lends to complexity of the beer, giving it a soft funkiness with a light sour edge. We balanced this out with fruit-forward sweetness by adding apricots a couple months prior to packaging.

Cerveza tipo sour elaborada por la marca de cerveza Lervig dentro de su proyecto Rackhouse, en esta ocasión nos presenta esta cerveza de buena calidad elaborada con albaricoques y fermentada en barricas con brett durante al menos un año.
De color anaranjado intenso que la convierte en una cerveza noruega super apetecible sin espuma debido a su ph ácido y deja paso a unos interesantes aromas de frutas y madera.
En boca te espera un agradable sabor ácido típico de las cervezas de estilo sour que evoluciona en un agradable sabor del albaricoque añadido un mes antes de su envasado y ese punto interesante que dejan las barricas tras su paso.
