Elle a une saveur douce et pleine à la fois ainsi qu'un palais puissant, doux et fruité. Les bières Leffe sont de célèbres bières d'abbaye. Leffe est un patelin près de Dinant. On y trouve l'abbaye Notre-Dame de Leffe, fondée au XIIème siècle en bord de Meuse et entourée de jardins. D'après les archives, l'abbaye abritait déjà une brasserie au XIIIème siècle. En 1952, Albert Lootvoet, un brasseur local décide avec l'accord de l'abbé de fabriquer une bière qui porterait le nom de l'abbaye dans le but d'aider celle-ci financièrement. Au fil des années, la brasserie est rachetée par une une autre société. Aujourd'hui, la Leffe est fabriquée chez Interbrew. Les Leffe font partie des plus prestigieuses bières d'abbaye.

Здесь крупнейшие в Европе залежи Порфира-горной породы багряно-пурпурного оттенка. Где залежи – там старатели, где старатели – там жажда, где жажда, там, в 1876 году местный фермер Жюль Лефевр удачно построил пивоваренный завод и сеть пабов в шаговой доступности от карьеров. Идея Жюля была обречена на успех и …..Светлое Прохладное Бельгийское пиво потекло вдоль Сенны в карьеры старателей…..С годами поток замено усиливался….вплоть до 1916 года, до Первой Мировой Войны. Das wohl bekannteste Bier der belgische Leffe Brauerei ist das Leffe Blonde. Gönnen Sie sich das berühmte Leffe Blond in der großen und edlen 0,75l Flasche. Das Rezept für dieses Bier basiert auf die Erfahrungen die die Mönche über Jahrhunderte beim Bierbrauen gesammelt haben.

Im Glas fällt zunächst die hellgolden strahlende Farbe des Leffe Blonde auf. Die Farbe erhält das Bier durch die Verwendung von hellem Malz. Wer das Bier genießt wird sehr fruchtige Aromen wahrnehmen in Verbindung mit einem würzigen Nachgeschmack. Auch Aromen von bitteren Orangen sind zu erkennen.

Tipp: Besonders erfrischend wirkt das Bier wenn es kalt bei 5-6°C genossen wird. Auch lässt es sich hervorragend mit verschiedenen Gerichten kombinieren.

Elle a une saveur douce et pleine à la fois ainsi qu'un palais puissant, doux et fruité. Les bières Leffe sont de célèbres bières d'abbaye. Leffe est un patelin près de Dinant. On y trouve l'abbaye Notre-Dame de Leffe, fondée au XIIème siècle en bord de Meuse et entourée de jardins. D'après les archives, l'abbaye abritait déjà une brasserie au XIIIème siècle. En 1952, Albert Lootvoet, un brasseur local décide avec l'accord de l'abbé de fabriquer une bière qui porterait le nom de l'abbaye dans le but d'aider celle-ci financièrement. Au fil des années, la brasserie est rachetée par une une autre société. Aujourd'hui, la Leffe est fabriquée chez Interbrew. Les Leffe font partie des plus prestigieuses bières d'abbaye.
