This Hazy IPA showcases the vibrant, modern profile of the Superdelic hop variety through a double dry-hopped lens. It opens with an explosion of red fruit, candied citrus, and tropical passion fruit, supported by a subtle, grainy malt backbone. The appearance is characteristically opaque with a luminous golden hue and a persistent, meringue-like white head. On the palate, the hop-forward intensity delivers flavors of sweet berries and mango with a soft, restrained bitterness. A medium-full, pillowy body and smooth carbonation create a juicy, approachable mouthfeel, finishing with a clean, lingering fruit essence that defines the New Zealand hop character.

Appearance. Straw to light golden (4-6 SRM); opaque, hazy clarity with a luminous shine; thick, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant notes of red berries, candy-like citrus, and tropical passion fruit from the Superdelic hops; background of neutral, lightly bready malt; clean fermentation profile with subtle fruity esters.

Taste. High hop flavor featuring ripe mango, sweet berries, and citrus zest; low to moderate bitterness that is soft and well-integrated; low bready malt sweetness; off-dry finish with a clean, lingering fruit aftertaste and no hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture; moderate carbonation; very low alcohol warmth; no astringency or raw starch graininess.
