This Hazy IPA serves as a vibrant showcase for the Mosaic hop, delivering an intense aromatic profile of ripe mango, blueberry, and passion fruit. The double dry-hopping process saturates the beer with tropical and stone fruit flavors, while the flaked grains in the grist produce a soft, pillowy texture reminiscent of fresh fruit juice. Aromas of tangerine and papaya lead into a palate where hop-derived sweetness is balanced by a restrained, smooth bitterness. The finish is clean and fruit-forward, emphasizing the complex berry and citrus notes that have made the Mosaic variety a cornerstone of the modern hop-forward movement.

Appearance. Color is straw to pale gold (4 SRM) with a distinct, opaque haze and a luminous glow. It features a thick, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruits like mango and papaya, alongside a characteristic blueberry note. Background notes of tangerine and stone fruit are supported by a clean, lightly bready and grainy malt character without any caramel or toast.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors mirroring the aroma, particularly mango, citrus, and a hint of earthy berry. The malt is low but present as a neutral, bready foundation. Bitterness is low to moderate and smoothly integrated, leading to an off-dry, juicy finish with a lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, rounded mouthfeel and no harshness or astringency. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a smooth, creamy texture. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated.
