This vibrant Hazy IPA delivers a rich tropical burst anchored by a premium malt bill. The sweet, bready character of Golden Promise malt combined with flaked Oats establishes a soft, silky foundation. Highlighting the hop profile, Mosaic Cryo and Eldorado unleash intense waves of ripe mango, pineapple, and sweet pear, while Belgian-grown Sorachi Ace adds a distinctive, bright accent of lemongrass and zesty lemon peel. This creates a wonderfully complex and juicy sensory experience, balancing lush orchard fruit esters with a restrained, soft bitterness that keeps the focus entirely on the fresh, saturated hop expression.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold with a luminous, opaque haze and a beautiful, glowing sheen. Crowns with a thick, meringue-like, snow-white head that boasts outstanding retention and leaves dense, curtain-like lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High-intensity aroma dominated by a lush bouquet of tropical fruit, highlighting candied pineapple, ripe mango, and passion fruit. This is complemented by a unique, bright herbal note of lemongrass and fresh lemon rind. A supportive, clean, bready malt sweetness acts as a solid base alongside soft, fruity yeast esters.

Taste. An explosion of tropical fruit flavors, featuring sweet pear, mango, and citrus zest. The Golden Promise malt provides a clean, bready, and lightly sweet flavor profile. Hop bitterness is low to moderate, lacking any harshness or bite, allowing a soft, off-dry, juicy finish to prevail. Lemongrass and soft melon flavors linger pleasingly in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, incredibly smooth, and pillowy on the palate. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the creamy, velvety texture delivered by the flaked oats. No hop astringency, burn, or warming alcohol harshness is present.
