L’inici de la història se situa l’any 2009, quan tres vidrerencs avançats (no havia començat el boom de les cerveses artesanes) van aprofundir amb interès en el món de la cervesa artesana. L’esforç d’en Remigi, en Jordi i en Joan va permetre definir marca i imatge, en base a la història que caracteritza molts escuts actuals a la comarca: el Vescomptat de Cabrera.
Però tot i la il·lusió i els esforços, aleshores el projecte no va acabar de reeixir i va quedar aparcat, però latent, perquè si no... com pot ser que hagi ressorgit?
Va ser a principis de 2013 quan en Jordi P.(un altre Jordi) i en David van tenir oportunitat d’iniciar-se en aquest món (ja més madur) de la cervesa artesana. En aquesta descoberta, en Jordi P. va veure de manera clarivident la seva vocació i ha centrat tots els seus esforços a fer-la possible.
Dins la cerca de fer possible aquesta vocació, va aparèixer pel camí en Jaume que, coneixedor de la història inicial de La Selvaseria, va reunir-nos a tots més en Carles i... aquell dia va recomençar tot!
I aquí estem, els Jordis, en Joan, en Carles, en Jaume i en Davidque, aportant les nostres capacitats i organitzats per multiplicar els nostres esforços, hem començat a enfilar aquesta nova etapa, esperançats i confiats.
Però aquest projecte no és només nostre, volem compartir-lo i així ho fem amb altres persones que col·laboren amb nosaltres. És part dels nostres valors. Què et sembla, t’animes?
Cerveses:
La Rossa: Pale Ale senzilla, d\’amargor suau amb domini dels malts i final cítric lleuger.
La Bruna: APA d\’amargor mitjana, amb domini dels llúpols cítrics sostinguts en uns malts ferms que la fan de bon beure.
La Fosca: Robust Porter de sabors torrefactes acusats i dominants, amb un final afruitat que sorprèn i neteja la boca.
