This Imperial Stout offers an indulgent experience defined by extreme creaminess and absolute density. Jet black and opaque, it releases a complex bouquet of roasted coffee, bittersweet chocolate, and dark fruit esters reminiscent of figs and raisins. The palate is a rich tapestry of deep-roasted grains, echoing the brewer’s intent of a coffee and cigar profile with subtle tobacco-like depths and a robust malt backbone. Appearance. Jet black and completely opaque (35-40 SRM). Pours with a dense, persistent dark tan head that leaves significant lacing. High viscosity is apparent through visible legs on the glass.
