Upside Down is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer inspired by Mexican street snacks, offering a sensory journey through tropical fruit and rustic fermentation. At a sessionable 4% ABV, it leads with an aromatic explosion of ripe mango and zesty lime, underscored by a complex, funky wild fermentation character. The natural sweetness of the mango is fermented out, leaving behind deep fruit esters and a dry, crisp profile.
