Weizen-Weissbier 5.7 º 15 IBU
La Jerezana Alegría is a vibrant homage to the Bavarian Weissbier style, presenting a deep golden appearance crowned by a thick, creamy, and persistent white head. The sensory profile is led by classic yeast-driven banana esters and subtle clove phenols, which harmonize with the soft, bready aroma of the wheat malt. On the palate, a balanced blend of barley malt and wheat malt provides a rounded, bready sweetness, quickly uplifted by an effervescent, high carbonation. With very low hop bitterness, the finish remains clean and refreshing, emphasizing the fluffy mouthfeel and traditional white beer yeast character.
Appearance. Deep golden yellow (SRM 5-6). Very thick, moussy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing. Hazy to opaque when the yeast sediment is included.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Pronounced banana esters and light clove phenols. Moderate bready, doughy wheat aroma with a light grainy-sweet malt background. Minimal hop character.
Taste. Initial impression of soft, bready wheat and grainy-sweet malt. Low to moderate banana and clove flavors, well-balanced. Very low bitterness. Well-rounded, flavorful palate with a relatively dry and spritzy finish. No harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a creamy, fluffy fullness. High to very high carbonation; effervescent. Very light alcohol warmth at 5.7% ABV.
