This Belgian Dark Strong Ale presents a sophisticated interplay of deep malt complexity and spiced fermentation character. Pouring a dark reddish-brown with ruby highlights, it offers an aromatic profile defined by rich wheat, caramelized sugars, and distinct notes of coriander. The palate is treated to a harmony of roasted malts, delivering hints of chocolate and dark fruit esters that reflect its lengthy conditioning in cold tanks.
