La Etrusca is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures the essence of a fresh, unfiltered brew with its signature cloudy, deep orange appearance. The experience is defined by an intense aromatic profile of tropical fruits and bright citrus, supported by a subtle, grainy malt backbone. At 7.4% ABV, it offers a gentle, well-integrated warmth that complements the smooth, medium-full body. The hop-forward character is refreshing and juicy, delivering flavors of mango and citrus zest with a restrained bitterness that leads into a soft, off-dry finish. It perfectly balances hop intensity with a lush, approachable mouthfeel.
Appearance. Deep orange hue (6-7 SRM). Opaque and cloudy due to being unfiltered, with a luminous shine. Thick, creamy, and persistent white head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring prominent notes of tropical fruit and citrus zest. Clean, grainy-sweet malt in the background with no caramel or toast character. Fermentation esters are supportive and fruity.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor dominated by tropical and citric notes. Low bready malt flavor provides a neutral foundation. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft and smooth, never harsh. Finishes off-dry with a lingering fruit-forward aftertaste.
