Descubre el sabor de La Chouffe Blonde de barril en casa, con amigos o al aire libre. Con este nuevo mini barril de 5 litros, no necesitas grifo ni herramientas adicionales. Todos los elementos que permiten un servicio perfecto, como en un bar, están incluidos directamente en el barril. Coloque el mini barril en el refrigerador durante al menos 10 horas antes de usarlo (¡24 horas es aún mejor!). Si el barril no está lo suficientemente refrigerado, podría generar demasiada espuma durante el servicio. No agitar y almacenar en posición vertical. Una vez abierta, la cerveza es consumible durante 30 días con calidad de presión garantizada.

Presenta sull’etichetta un buffo gnomo con un cappello rosso ed una folta barba bianca, come omaggio alle moltissime leggende popolari che vedono per protagonisti questi piccoli esseri magici.
La gamma di creazioni della Brasserie d’Achouffe è piuttosto ampia e variegata, anche se a dominare la scena sono principalmente La Chouffe (chiara), la Mc Chouffe (scura fruttata) e la N’ice Chouffe (scura speziata); tutte birre ad alta fermentazione e non filtrateche presentano un leggero gusto fruttato, sostituito poi da un retrogusto più amaro ed alcolico.
La Chouffe presenta al naso piacevoli note floreali e di lievito fragrante, seguite dai classici sentori belgi di spezie, agrumi e coriandolo (quest’ultimo viene aggiunto appositamente). Il gusto ed il corpo sono forti ma piacevoli. Il grado alcolico si fa sentire, ma non è fastidioso grazie alle sensazioni di coriandolo, caramello, spezie e luppolo che mantengono il giusto equilibrio.
Più adatta al periodo invernale, meglio se accompagnata a piatti speziati ma secchi.
