This West Coast-inspired ale opens with a punchy bouquet of citrus and tropical fruits, underscored by the unique grassy fragrance and elegant pungency characteristic of high-quality green tea. The palate is defined by a firm bitterness that highlights the tea’s tannic edge alongside resinous hop notes. A clean, grainy malt backbone supports the 7.3% ABV, leading to a crisp, dry finish where the herbal complexity of the Sencha lingers gracefully against a backdrop of lingering fruit.

Appearance. Deep gold to light amber with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
