Taste. Initial malty sweetness with layers of burnt sugar, toffee, and toasted biscuit. Hop flavor is moderate, displaying herbal and citrusy qualities. Bitterness is firm and well-integrated, balancing the residual sweetness of the Crystal malts. The finish is medium-full and satisfyingly smooth, with lingering notes of dark fruit and toasted grain.
