The 12% ABV provides a significant but integrated warmth that complements a rich, rounded malt profile. Expect a complex bouquet where traditional peppery phenols and citrusy esters of orange meet the refined, vinous notes of fine cognac. This full-bodied degustation ale balances a soft, grainy sweetness with a persistent, spicy bitterness. Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber (6–9 SRM). Features a long-lasting, creamy, white head with excellent lacing and a clear, effervescent body.
Aroma. High intensity with a complex bouquet of peppery spiciness, orange-like fruity esters, and a refined cognac presence. Light grainy-sweet malt and a subtle floral hop character are present, accented by soft oak and vinous spirit notes.
