Accompanied by a bold addition of coriander, the aroma is highly perfumey and herbal. On the palate, a delicate bready sweetness meets a crisp, dry finish, supported by high carbonation. Appearance. 2–4 SRM. Very pale straw to light yellow. Dense, white, moussy, and persistent foam head with good lacing. Hazy to nearly opaque, showing the classic milky shine of the style.
Aroma. Moderate intensity. Dominant zesty, citrusy-lemon aromatics from the Amalfi Coast citrus, complemented by high notes of herbal and peppery coriander. A bready, grainy malt backbone is present, with hints of honey and a light spicy rye character. Low fruity esters of pear and orange.
Taste. Initial impression is refreshingly crisp. Moderate bready and grainy malt flavor with a subtle rye spiciness. The mid-palate is defined by lemony coriander and bright citrus zest.
