Appearance. 2–4 SRM. Very pale straw to light yellow. Dense, white, moussy, and persistent foam head with good lacing. Hazy to nearly opaque, showing the classic milky shine of the style.

Aroma. Moderate intensity. Dominant zesty, citrusy-lemon aromatics from the Amalfi Coast citrus, complemented by high notes of herbal and peppery coriander. A bready, grainy malt backbone is present, with hints of honey and a light spicy rye character. Low fruity esters of pear and orange.
