Appearance. Copper color (14-17 SRM). Crystalline clarity with a dense, persistent light beige head and visible lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high hop intensity featuring prominent bitter orange, citrus zest, and light resinous notes. A supportive malt background offers moderate aromas of toasted bread and light caramel sweetness. Clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression is a balance of toasted malt sweetness followed quickly by a high hop bitterness. Strong flavors of bitter orange and citrus rind dominate the mid-palate. The finish is dry to slightly off-dry with a lingering, clean bitterness that does not become harsh. Complex malt-hop interaction without roasted or burnt character.
