In questo caso alla birra base sono stati aggiunti ribes neri.
Con Currant Grisette , o meglio, con tutta la linea di Grisette alla frutta, i birrai Jester King hanno voluto dare spicco all’equilibrio e la bevibilità, riuscendoci alla grande.
La birra si presenta di colore rosso acceso, schiuma rosea, liquido leggermente opalescente.
La rusticità è molto delicata, la birra risulta essere relativamente pulita, largo spazio dunque ai sentori fruttati di ciliegia e frutta da sottobosco.
Corpo basso, secca e fresca.
